I'll be moving back home and need a place to stay for at least three weeks after moving company take my stuff. I want a fully furnished place 1BR or Studio sometime around the last week of July (at a reasonable price).

Hi magalycn,
Your request sounds familiar, so it's possible we have corresponded, but just in case.....I have a spacious 1 bedroom, furnished unit which will be open the last week of July. Our short-term (one month) rate is $1250, including Dish TV, wireless Internet and garbage removal on site. Electric and water are metered and charged for actual usage.
We are well located, just 3 miles west of downtown Christiansted and central to most of the island. There is a coin laundry and plenty of convenient parking. The apartment has A/C in the bedroom, lots of windows and sliding doors to the large covered balcony, as well as ceiling fans.

Also...if anyone is looking for longer term, the rate drops to $1100 per month for 6 months or longer.
