Good Day! At the end of this month I have a room available to rent in downtown Cruz Bay, St. John.
All utilities are included and there is whole house A/C and Hi Speed Internet available. Rent is $900 per month with first, last, partial deposit and I prefer a 1 year lease. Partial ocean views from the balcony.
No thieves, psychos or escapees from the mental ward! Must be (almost) a clean freak and mature-ish. Able to communicate easily and pay ALL rent ON time ALL the time.
Right next to laundry mat, between the two grocery stores (3 minute walk) and about a 5 minute walk to car ferry or people ferry. Awesome location--wanted to live here ever since I moved here years ago. No need for a car.
