I'm looking to lease approximately 1,000 s.f. with parking in Christiansted and surround (not downtown because there is no parking). Please let me know if you have any for lease. Thanks.

Does anyone know if the place in Princess Plaza where Beth had her book store in available. It might not be quite that big, but has good parking.

There's a place right next to 5 corners a furniture store that just closed the owners are trying very agressively to lease it, its very large though. There's empty storefront at golden rock. The best way is of coarse to talk to a realtor or at least search the mls yourself. Are you on island? You could always try asking business owners in the areas you like and see if they know of anything, you will find they generally know there area well.

Terry, last time I drove by there, I think I saw a new sign on the window.

The space in Golden Rock shopping center was very expensive.

I have seen the furniture store, but I was unsure of the status. It seems to be a bit of a mess and there is furniture still left in there.

I am on island, and I did speak to a few realtors, however they don't seem to have listings of business space for lease, unless of course, they are the listing agent. As far as I can tell, the MLS doesn't has commercial space ofr lease in it.

Is the space in Princess Plaza the same shopping center as Rustico and Salud? I would love a spot in that center.

Speak to every realty branch on island and when you call ask who has commerical space for rent before they transfer you to whoever's receiving cold calls for the day. All the realtors have something different and they dont always refer business to a competator.

The owners of the old furniture store seem pretty smart to me in that they are advertising in the paper and the radio and say they are willing to deal, but I think its probably way over your requested 1,000 sq ft and it would be hard to get in and out of it traffice wise.

Good luck on your search and try talking to the people at rustico they could at least get you the number for the people or owners that manage the strip mall. I know rustico is using one of the spaces to the left(?) of salud to store their furniture, it looks empty but is now.
