Good day
We are a professional couple seeking a 1 -2 bedroom apartment on STT's East end as close as possible to the Montessori School with a monthly rental range of $1000 - $1600.
Please PM with any leads. We have been on island for nearly a year and have many on-island references.

we will have a one bedroom but it will not be until july. 1250/month plus utilities. Right over Sapphire Beach on the water side of Smith Bay Rd.

I live really close to the Montessori school. I'll keep my eyes open for "for rent" signs in the area and pm you if (and when) I see some.

I have an apartment on Emerald Hills that will be open the first of May. It is two bedrooms, has wonderful views, rents for $1600 per month.
