We are a very clean, quiet, mature, non-smoking professional couple looking for a private, 3br/2ba, mid-island single family home. My husband is a former K9 police officer and we have two excellently trained former service dogs and a well behaved small dog. Other features we're looking for are a pool, fenced yard, and a covered porch or gallery.
We take care of our home like it was our own and pay our rent on time. We would be willing to sign a two year lease for the right house.
