Clean, responsible, financially secure college graduate looking for a room/apartment with a 9 month lease. Preferably furnished and close to red hook or cruz bay. First and last + deposit will not be a problem. I have a well-behaved 40 lb corgi mix, so preferably something in a pet friendly area. Can move in by Oct. 29.
