Looking for long term, private residence, preferably secluded. East end, Mid island, or north shore. Non-Smoking professional married couple who will treat your property like our own. Please send pm with availability and pics, location, terms, etc.

I have a fully furnished 4 bedroom 2 bath beautiful house in Judith's Fancy (St. Croix) ready to move in at a short notice. Rent would be$2600/- excluding the electricity charges. One room has A/C. We have just re plastered the exterior and painted inside and out a private (can't see any neighbors from the home) with views of he Caribbean can see St. Croix and San Juan on a clear day. It is located 300' of Antilles School mid island on STT. It is available now we just returned from painting it..........It is unfurnished and rents for $1,500/month has cistern and separate electric. If interested let me know.

Villa Madeline is great but one issue I think you'll have there is that, I believe, Villa Madeline is almost completely booked for the holidays. Coakley Bay may be a great option for a temp place out of the box. If I were you, I'd go on to vbro.com (vacation rental by owner). If you see something you like that's available through the holidays, make an offer for a 3-month lease and see if they take it.
