Hello. My fiance and I will officially be living on island (STX) October 24th. We will be staying with a friend until we find a place to live, but would like to start looking at places as soon as we get down there. We are looking for a 1BR near Christiansted preferably $950/month max. We will also be in need of a car so if you will be selling around that time, let me know. Thanks!

I have a really cute studio available approximately Oct. 20, if that would work for you. I also have a one bedroom that will probably be open November 1 (not certain on that yet).
