Wanted Draftsman or Architect.. Hello I have a small sub- divison 12 lots road cut ruffed in. in St. Thomas. Looking for a person who would like to get involved in this project on the ground floor. I have design and floor plan for the first three houses in hand. Looking for someone to take this concept and put them into a workable drawning so I can give it out for bid. I am talking about a set of workable drawings. Homes are small at around 1000 sq. ft. I have orders for the first three.
The property is steep slope, beautiful views of the Harbor. I would like to place the houses on each lot with the least disturbance to the site. Since this is a low cost project I am not looking for the head of the class to apply. I would like to work with anyone with a good knowledge of construction and local codes. Call the permitting office and get recommendation for draftsman that can meet their guidelines. Suppliers like lumber yard or concrete plant may also be a help.
