Available December 2010. We have a lovely 1 bed/1.5 bath condo at The Reef located on the East End of STX. This condo is available for long term renters (6 mths - 1 year or more). The Reef amenities include: 9 hole golf course, tennis courts, pool, beach front, restaurant, deli. Our condo is fully furnished with mostly West Indies furniture, linens, washer/dryer, dishwasher, full size frig, ceramic top stove, TV, and more. Basic cable and internet are included in rent of $1200 mthly. Renter responsible for water and electricity. One month deposit requested.
