Work transfer is causing us to leave the island and our family dog cannot come with us. Maggie is a 5 year old Basett Hound. She's really a sweetheart. Maggie is potty trained and great with kids. Her biggest flaw is that she's a lazy girl who loves just being close with family. She barks just to let you know someone is in the driveway or at the door. She's a great watch dog. She has all of her shots and has visited Sugar Mill Vet regularly. She has a crate for transport and to sleep in. She has a collar and a retractable leash. Please give Maggie a home. Please. We can't bear to think she will have to go to the shelter.

We have 2 Bassets ( I didn't even know there was another on island.) We would love to give her a loving home.

Maggie is here with us. She's settling in. Letting the other dogs know what she will tolerate and what she won't. She is just a beauty and so lovable.
