Landlord,

This sounds like an amazing offer. My wife and I are relocating to the U.S. Virgin Islands by December. I was still up in the air about which of the three islands to move to. I'm an entrepreneur so I am flexible. Both my wife and I depend on internet for work and school. Can I inquire as to around about how fast the connection speed is? We have two medium sized dogs. Would that be a problem?

Hope to hear from you soon.
