We are looking for a well priced place with a breeze; possibly an apartment under someone's house. I will look in the trader when time comes, but if you want reliable, quiet, people who can pay on time, and help fix things we are your couple if someone's lease is ending near January 5th.
I'm 28 and have built 3 houses, managed an apartment complex, and I'm now attending nursing school at UVI for my second Bachelor of Science degree. My wife (27) is a Nurse at Schnieder. A couple friend's have places near UVI (good location) or between Megans bay and the hospital for $800 so that's what we are looking for.
It's a long shot, I could also give you a resume and excellent references if you are looking for a caretaker. I think I'm best at finish work because others just get it done, framing/ additions, electrical is easy, low voltage for theaters/ media panels, CAT5 is fun, landscaping is a great way to get a tan, and much more. I'm good and enjoy fixing problems, because it makes everyone happy and I like a challenge.
