Mature working professionals (ages 47 & 50 old people!) seeking a rental unit on St. Thomas. My wife and I are relocating to STT between June and July of 2008 and we plan on moving at that time. We are looking for a one-bedroom fully furnished rental from $1000.00 to $1400.00 per month with electric included. We will be flying in and staying on island Wednesday 4/30/2008 after 3:30 pm. We fly out Tuesday 05/06/2008 at 3:00 pm. We would like to schedule viewings of your rental units in the area during our visit. We have both excepted positions with one company on STT. The company furnishes two company cars and we would need a rental unit with parking for two cars. Please email your information along with pictures and prices to [email protected] or PM me. I don't think a lot of landlords check this board (unfortunately), but, you can check the Island Trader and make some calls to set appointments... http://islandtrader.vidaily.com/
