We would like to find someone who can owner finance a lot or land. Prefer St Croix, but will look at all options.
We can put a small down and then make payments. Utilities are not important as we'd prefer to be off grid.
Also, if someone has lot/land they would like to lease.
If anyone has this to offer please send me a PM with the details.
