My friend is having a yard sale this saturday in Herman Hill. She is selling items from Sylvias card shop which closed a few years back. There will be a huge variety of stuff including:

Turn into Estate Questa Verde (near Beeston Hill), it's the 2nd house on the right, there will be signs on the street and the front of yard
