Come join us for a Ki-Hara Resistance Stretching Certification in beautiful St. John, U.S. Virgin Islands with Carrie Collins.

Innovative Body Solutions has been teaching Ki-Hara Certification Programs since October 2005. This Level 1 is very special. It will be spread out over 8 days in the morning with additional classes being offered in the afternoon. This is a perfect time to learn new Ki-Hara techniques. If you have been through a Level 1 in the past, this is an ideal time to review your skills and get your body back in shape!

Innovative Body Solutions teaches Ki-Hara Intensive Trainings across the country. Trainings are open to people of all levels and professions - and the only pre-requisite is an interest! We are dedicated to the practice of Resistance Stretching, a form of therapeutic stretching in which the muscles along specific meridian lines are elongated while contracting. You will see an immediate increase in strength and flexibility, receiving a better body, better posture and better balance from the inside out.

Level I Course - Ki-Hara Resistance Stretching is approved by NASM (Nationally Academy of Sports Medicine) for 1.4 CEUs (continuing education units), ISSA (International Sports and Sciences Association) for 12 credits and NCBTMB for 12 credits.

Carrie Collins has worked with many different people from extremely diverse backgrounds: from pilates instructors to chefs to business (wo)men to personal trainers. She received her training in Ki-Hara Resistance Stretching from Steve Sierra and Anne Tierney. She was introduced to the method in 2003 while living in San Francisco. Carrie is a classically trained pianist and found that the system not only relieved tension from long hours of practicing, but also helped balance and strengthen her body, mind and spirit.
