Ethnic Food on STX

Hello! My fiancee and I recently relocated to STX. While I have found plenty of burgers, I haven't found any quality ethnic food. I know there is high priced Thai and have heard there is good Indian, I wanted to know if anyone has any other recommendations for ethnic delights. Asian? Latin? Caribbean? Let me know. I would love to mix things up a bit and see another side of the culture than bar food and wraps.
TIA.

Thank you. Unfortunately, my attention span doesn't facilitate sorting through 65 pages of comments, (at least, not since I got on-island and ditched the corporate mentality) so I thought I would just try and cut to the chase. I will attempt to tackle the list when I am well rested. 😉

Good Day,

I like Singhs in C-sted, and El Sol in Peters Rest…. I would put them in the Caribbean category.

I was wondering this very same thing today. Craving Chinese food like nobody's bizness.

I tried the new Chinese place across from Pueblo in Orange Grove for lunch. The prices were good. Everything in the buffet line looked good and fresh. I was expecting the worst, and left pleasantly surprised and happily full of MSG.

I wish there was an Indian or Middle eastern restaurant.

+1. Her salsa and street tacos are very authentic.

The actual name of the restaurant is Miriam's
