Christiansted has our own site. www.freecycle.org. Register for free, then post things you have to give away or things you need. Another member may be able to take that dresser you don't want any more, but don't have a truck to haul off. If you want to take guitar lessons but can't afford the guitar AND lessons, maybe somebody'll dig their old guitar out of their closet for you. You just moved and have 30 boxes? Save somebody a bundle and recycle those boxes and make a friend for life. Tell all your friends and it'll work that much better. It is not swapping or selling. It is giving and receiving free stuff. The East End Mall is great , but when that couch left there gets soaked with rain, it really is garbage. (For newbies to STX, The East End Mall is the dumpsters by the Cotton Valley Fire station).
Thanks all.
Donna
