Hey guys-- bout to leave for STX tomorrow (!) and was just wondering if there are any gyms, etc on the island... I do yoga and spinning and pilates here on the mainland at a Golds Gym, and while I know there's nothing like that there, is there anywhere that offers those types of classes? Thanks!!

Two gym are Powerhouse Gym in Golden Rock and Beeston Hill Health and Fittness. I've used Beeston Hill for rehab after surgery and a good friend swears by Powerhouse. Take a look at both after you arrive and see which suits you best.
