I would check with Carlyle at Renuatum - 718-2440. She was wonderful to my daughter-in-law .

Check with Kalima Center downtown. They're great people. I have their number somewhere, but I can't seem to put my hand on the business card the lady gave me last week. It's in the book, though.

there are also a few morning classes at Eat@Cane Bay on the North Shore (vinyasas) & at Jasmine Manor in Frederiksed (ashtanga and hatha). Get in touch with Kalima or the Eat@ Cane Bay restaurant for those classes. Google jasmine manor St. Croix & email Vicky for times in Frederiksted (a Monday Ashtanga & a Thursday Hatha yoga).

Yogo is also offered at Fort Frederik a few times a week in the early evening. (Hatha)
