😛 Help......! Have a very bad lumbar L4 & L5.....The disc is impinging on the sciatic nerves.....!
My pain runs down my back and bi-laterally down my legs and into my feet... I desire to have
corrective surgery.... Can anyone direct me to a neurosurgeon of good report???? Also, I am
on" pain management".... Do some physicions on STT practice PM.... Anything someone knows
might Help.... Thanks for the input.....JM

Dr. Lenard. he works with dr. bacot (office is at the paragon building behind the hospital) he comes in from florida. go there

Just joined and saw your post... If you are still looking we have a U.S. Fellowship trained orthopedic spine surgeon now living on STX. Dr's name is Dr. Deb Appleyard and can be reached at OrthoCaribbean 340-778-6110. I am sure she would be happy to review any studies you have had, or even offer a second opinion.

Spinal fusions can be done by either a neurosurgeon or an orthopedic surgeon. Often the two work together on such cases. The specialities are trained differently and you should think about the differences.
