I am a fitness trainer for seniors.
I'm looking to provide companionship and personal care to seniors who wants
to maintain their independence and remain in the comfort of their own homes.
Your love one and I can share walks, talks, shopping and errands, a game of
cards or a favorite TV show.
I can help with preparing meals, transportation, assisting with dressing, grooming
and medication reminders.

Hi Debra
I have a chiwauwa mix dog about 12 years old who needs a home - are you a dog lover or know of anyone who is? I am unable to take care of her - she was my daughter's dog and she lives in the states and she is up in years and needs someone who has the time and who loves dogs. Can you pass the word? Thanks LTD
