Looking to move to St Croix and was wondering if there was soccer leagues or clubs for kids. Two of my kids play travel soccer and was hoping there was something like that there for them.

the two main options are AYSOand 'Grassroots', there is also a FIFA affiliated 'soccer federation' that has some additional 'national' and 'junior national' leagues -- depending on your kid's talent level and experience they might be a little disappointed, but there are plenty of opportunities to play in an organized league as well as numerous pick up games at schools, at Free-Will Baptist, sometimes on the beach and STX Athletics has occasional futsal league play...
