Greetings!
Please join us for morning Yoga located atop Mendahl Mountain over looking the ocean 180* on the Northside. A cool, quite atmosphere provides an ideal location to connect with your inner-self. Beginner-intermediate level Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga will be taught, all levels welcome. Class cost is $15 and lasts ~1.5hrs. Mat use is provided, if needed. I heard that Gina is to be one of the instructors? Everyone attending will be in for some GOOD yoga! She's fantastic!
