Come join us as we teach you Ki-Hara techniques in our Level 1 Certification.

Stretch Chi from Chicago returns to Estate Concordia Preserve in St. John U.S. Virgin Islands January 8-15, 2011 to host a Level 1 Certification in Ki-Hara Resistance Stretching. Trainings are open to people of all levels and professions - and the only pre-requisite is an interest!

At Stretch Chi, we are dedicated to the practice of Resistance Stretching a form of therapeutic stretching in which the muscles along specific meridian lines are elongated while contracting. Our clients see an immediate increase in strength and flexibility, giving them a better body, better posture and better balance from the inside out.

We have discovered a new and innovative way to stretch in which the client continuously contracts the muscle while it is being stretched. This allows for a deeper, but painless stretch. When stretched, muscles release toxins and allow for the opening of meridian lines, similar to techniques in Traditional Chinese Medicine. We've discovered that physical flexibility allowed for all over body flexibility including health and mind.

Please visit StretchChi.com to register and for more information about Ki-Hara Resistance Stretching and go to maho.org for information on the resort.

Level 1 Course - Ki-Hara Resistance Stretching is approved by NASM (Nationally Academy of Sports Medicine) for 1.4 CEUs (continuing education units), ISSA (International Sports and Sciences Association) for 12 credits and NCBTMB for 12 credits.
