Does anyone on St Thomas do Jiu Jitsu? I moved down here and brought my portable mats in case someone down here wanted to train with me. I am looking to train with people with experience but would not be against giving private lessons.

I have some Jiu Jitsu experience. Never go past white belt.
-Trained briefly with Marcello Monteiro/Marcello Grosso when they had a studio in michigan. About 4 mos
-Took two classes from Saulo Ribeiro when he had a class in michigan. I had to drive 90 mins to get to his academy is why i only took 2 classes from him
-Took a few other classes here and there.
I have my own Judo mats as well that will make a 9' x 9' training area. I also have several Jiu jitsu video series. Had a grappling dummy but I sold it before i moved to the island

I'm heading to St. Thomas for a few days next week and would love to get some rolls in. llalonde, where can I find more information about your classes?

I will be in st. Thomas from nov 10 to nov 14th does anyone want to train Bjj or know of a place to train. I am getting married on Friday but any other day would be great to trade teq and get some rolling in. Below are is my BJJ history:
- Trained for 15 years
- grew up in brazil and started training with Fernando an Mario Yamisaki
- currently teach at east west martial arts in michigan
- love to teach and learn
