I'm looking for an opportunity to volunteer to help coach at any level. I have assistant coached a high school varsity track and field team and youth track and field. I'd love to be able to get involved down here too. I also played varsity basketball through high school and club and intramural basketball throughout college. If any one has any info on who to contact to get involved that would be awesome. I'd love to help with either sport. Thanks!

I'd say contacting any of the high schools or junior highs directly would be a good bet. If you are able to get in touch with any of the head coaches directly I'm guessing they'd love the extra assistance.
Theresa Hodge runs the St Thomas Association of Roadrunners (STARS). She may be able to find a good spot for you in track and field.
