Was wondering if there are any yoga classes on St Thomas, I've seen listings for St John but nothing for St Thomas?

E-mail Gine at [email protected] know she is driving her motorcycle across America right now, but she'll access e-mail along the way and will be back on STT soon...

Hi dianadez,

There are yoga classes at the Jackson Wellness Complex (Antilles School) and at Yacht Haven Grande at the Residences Fitness Center. I teach a Pilates class at Yacht Haven as well.

Hope that helps!

Hi Diana,

Season is slow right now, but many classes will be resuming within a few weeks. I teach about 10 classes per week at many locations and times: Ritz, Secret Harbour, and Emerald Beach. I also teach a wonderful monthly Full Moon Yoga Class at Lindbergh Bay, right on the beach. These classes will resume within a few weeks, along with new additions!

Currently at the Jackson Complex, I offer an Intermediate/Advanced Hatha Yoga Class Tuesdays 6-715 pm. We incorporate prana, asana, relaxation , and meditation into each class. Stop in and try it out, or feel free to call me at 514.0494. If you would like to be on my Yoga Class Update email list, email me at [email protected], for upcoming classes, new classes, and resuming classes.

There are other classes offered at JC, YHG, and other resorts, but as I mentioned, during slow season....well, we've all slowed down so there are less classes!

Cheers! Gina
