07 property tax bill

Good day all,

I have always paid my St. Croix property tax by mail and they fairly promptly charge the credit card each year - this year it has been well over a month though and they haven't processed the payment yet. I notice that the return envelope was addressed to St. Thomas this year where from what I remember it was St. Croix previous years - does anyone know anything about this or have experienced a delay in the processing of their payment?

I had called into the assessors office in St Croix and St Thomas but didn't get anywhere.
