Have a furnished one bedroom / one bathroom large loft style apartments for either short term rental, PMV or long term lease, located high in the hills above Frederiksted town.
It is a loft style with high ceilings and many fans in addition to the air conditioning systems in the queen size bedroom and also in the living room/dining area.
We are pet friendly to most animals! Additional pet deposit required.
The apartment has a gas range, oven and infared broiler (allself cleaning), refrigerators with ice maker, washer/dryer, air conditioning and separate power meters, emergency diesel power generator...and an outside shower to remove the beach sand!. Additional guest sleeping with the hide-a-bed sofa in living room.
Floors are ceramic tile, walk-in all ceramic shower, tile counters and lots of storage in both the kitchen and walk in closets, skylites in cathedral ceiling in living room.
Private porch overlooking the ocean plus a concrete patio outside for your BBQ and lounges.
Individual private parking within gated estate.
Fantastic views of the ocean and the best sunsets in the world!
Fruit trees; bananas, coconuts, mango, papaya, Cruzan oranges, sweet oranges, limes and lemons.
The estate is very quiet and private, additionally it is very safe and secure. There is no traffic.
