Does anyone on STX have a spare 1099-DIV form?
Been trying to get one from IRB since December but no luck.

Often they don't have much out, they hardly restock. But if you speak to the first cashier to the right of the to of the stairs he/she usually has all the forms.
If it's a local tax for go to the virib website : http://www.viirb.com/
But since it's not try calling and ordering them if the virib casher doesn't have them 1-800-TAX-FORM (1-800-829-3676). Federal forms need to be scanable and the online versions are not, they must be ordered.
