Good day everyone,
On August 1st myself and a friend, both 27 year old males, will be moving to the STT. We both have experience in the service industry, both serving and bartending. If anyone needs any help at their establishments, or knows someone who might, please PM me for further information. We both purchased 1-way tickets out of Chicago for Tuesday August 1st. See you soon and thanks in advance.

P.S. I also have a masters degree in education and a bachelors degree in economics and history, with two years of high school teaching experience if anyone who reads this could use someone in any capacity with these qualifications.
Thanks again, Mark

For teaching jobs, try contacting All Saints and Antilles, perhaps Sts. Peter and Paul as well.

Oops! I wanted to add that there are probably openings in the public schools as well, but they may require documentation that is hard to get together on-time. There might be other posters who would know about that.

I was trying to link the www.teachislands.vi site, which is the Education Department's informational site, but somehow couldn't get it. I did, however, find this interesting operational plan: http://www.teachusvi.net/Forms/OperationalPlan.pdf (requires Adobe Reader) It will give you some idea of the bureaucracy involved in the public schools.
