AA flights vs Kayak

Just booked my flights. All I could find on AA was flights that took me from AZ to either Dallas or Orlando the BACK over AZ to LA, California then back to Miami then to PR.:-o
I looked on Kayak and got my regular flights from AZ to Dallas to PR.:@)
Weird isn't it!! :S
