One thing I don't think I mentioned in my "Message" is that I'm currently going to school in OK, going after a Master's degree in Accounting, and ultimately testing for my CPA's license. Anyone know how many accountants are on the islands, particularly STX, and what the demand is there for financial services of that type?

www.viphonebook.com lists in STX 3 Accounting firms, 13 CPAs and a few other services.
There are some financial service firms here. We have an EDA benefit which gives them the advantage of paying almost no tax on profits.

The Virgin Islands Society of CPA's or the Department of Licensing should be able to supply you with a list. There are many professionals here and there is a "demand for services", however, you need to consider the customer base and the ability and willingess to pay for those services.
