Really? Nobody on this board goes to a tailor they like in St Croix?

You're talking about the older man who sits in the second floor shop across and down a little from Holy Cross? I've used him to hem some pants. He was fine - and his shop is a trip. But I don't know about actual tailoring.

Yes! Joe's is great. I had pants and two suit jackets taken in there a couple years ago. Very professional. Don't be put off by the ad hoc nature of the place.

ETA: I have a potholder from "Joe's Tailor and Hardware, Inc.". Dunno if the number still works because it uses the old area code, but try calling: 773-2517. Hours of biz are usually known by checking to see if the window overlooking Company Street is open.
