I have a friend that asked me this question, and I have no idea. Does anyone know of any hotels or the like that have a monthly rate that is (semi) affordable? I am guessing under 1500 or so. Thanks!

I am looking in the Red Hook area on St Thomas. I would like to stay around 1000-1200 a month. Since I just began working it would be hard for me to do first, last and security. Maybe 2 of the 3?

If anyone is interested in this type of arrangement on St. Croix, I don't offer a "hotel", but I do have monthly rentals available.
Hope you don't mind my plug Cody, but I figured since it didn't say which island, people looking for STX would also be reading. And...it bumps up your post.:-)
