Hi all you folks who dream of moving down here. Please come to STT and open a Thai restaurant and/or an Indian restaurant. I vow to eat there at least twice a week. Lunch and dinner hours would be nice. From what I gather when similar topics arise, I'm not alone in this sentiment.
(just wanna keep this idea out there!)

I'm with you on the Indian food especially. Fortunately, there is a fair amount of Indian cooking supplies at Plaza Extra on STT. Try the frozen paneer and fry it up in small squares - yummy.
