Anna's Retreat

Anna's Retreat is Tutu. There are beautiful homes, middle-class homes and public housing all in the general vicinity. It is also the commercial center with K-Mart, Office Max, Tutu Mall and many other businesses around.

thanks!!!!! i'm trying to figure my way around the island without actually being there...makes things a bit difficult. hopefuly, when i come to visit i will have a better idea of where everything is. i don't remember much from my past trip.

I just visited St. Thomas for my pre-move visit and Annas Retreat "Tutu" is not such a good area of town. While we were visiting there seemed to be a lot of "police reports" that took place in that area. Just my two cents.

if you're looking for a "nice" area, in my opinion, Frenchmans Bay on the south side of the island is very nice and there didnt seem to be much crime. I felt very comfortable there.
