I am planning on moving down soon. I am currently a paramedic. Although I would really like to do something new this is the only thing I am educated in and essentially have experience in. Is there a service there? IS it gov't runned?

I don't know if there are any paramedics- they are EMTs, I don't believe as highly trained as you are. Yes, the service is run by the government, low pay and lots of work....
