She received the second highest vote count on stx if I remember correctly. Sort of like Bert Bryan getting the highest # of votes when the delegates to the constitutional convention were elected.

Regardless of what she got, the fact remains that she was not entitled to receive any votes.

My mistake, Diane Capehart should be sworn in.
When does this happen? It's not like we need to wait for Chucky to resign, how can she resign from a position she is not entitled to?
