Any info on these villas

I stayed at Sapphire Village. Its nice. I havent seen the others. Your best bet is to rent a place for a few days on your arrival and drive around looking for the "for rent" signs posted around the island. Some places that Ive seen posted online or in the paper can be really rundown and filthy. Never sign a lease on anyplace sight unseen. There is a huge scam going on right now where landlords will collect first last and security. They know the conditions are so bad that people don't last more than 6 weeks, especially if they are used to American standards. The landlord will "graciously let you out of your lease" but keeps all the deposits. He then does it to the next group coming down. Do this 6 times a year and it runs into big money. Visit the potential rentals, talk with potential neighbors etc. Go in with your business eyes not your dreamy eyes.
