I'm 34 and moving to STT on the 21st. of Sept. from Washington state. Have been working on fishing boats in Alaska and Washington for a few years now. Very good at catching Halibut, Salmon, Ling Cod, and Rockfish with a fishing pole. Would like to try some recreational fishing. But I would like to talk with someone that has a little knowledge. I will be checking out the other islands for a place to live and work, but I love to fish. So if you like to fish, please let me know.
Thanks,
Rick

You might hang around the marinas to look for work, but most of the boats have a waiting line for mates....not much commercial fishing here...

The dock in Red Hook is a good recreational and working fisherman nexus - try Neptune Supply with Stu Loveland for some introductions around the dock.
