Sadly to say my friends are leaving the island mid September and will be breaking there lease. They have a one bedroom on the NorthSide over looking Magen's Bay huge deck - off street parking - if anyone is looking for a place to rent. Just trying to help them find new tenants so they can get out of lease. Also they will be selling there car if anyone needs a nice car - very few island miles was just brought here a few months ago
