Good evening all,
When looking for housing on STT do property owners charge the standard 45 dollar application fee/credit check or does it vary by owner? What is the going rate on this?
In the state of WA when you buy a car from a dealership they take care of all of the initial licencing/registration, vehicle inspections, and emissions test and include it in the price of the car. Is this how it is done in the VI or is that all handeled by the purchaser?

Apartments don't normally charge a fee for a credit check. I am a landlord and basically verify employment.

The dealers usually do all that for you. There is no emissions test here unfortunately.
As long as you pay the deposit and rent to most lanlords, you can move in!

I can't tell from your posts if you are coming to St. Thomas or St. Croix. I have emailed you privately, but maybe just for the sake of clarification you could state that one for the record?! Or maybe you are undecided?
