Has anyone used an Architect or General Contractor on STX that they would recommend? I would like to modify my concrete/tile pool deck and other outdoor living areas and would prefer not to simply blindly pick people out of the phone book for estimates if I can avoid it. Any suggestions will be most appreciated!
