what are the best areas to live in on st. thomas? by best i mean safest, nicest, and closest to the beach. and what areas should one avoid? thanks for any suggestions.

Amy: There are good areas all over St Thomas. It is not like a stateside city. You really need to look for yourself. Everyone has reasons why they live where they do- proximity to work or services, views, etc. Also, you can't be too far from a beach as the island is only 3 miles wide!
