We will be traveling back to STT on the 13th of next month to finish up our renovation project and need to rent a minivan, truck or larger sedan so that we can haul supplies. We will be needing a vehicle for 5 to 6 weeks. Minivans at the nationwide companies through Travelocity are running over $2,000.00 monthly. Does anyone have any suggestions if I could get a better deal for a longterm rental with a local company. I left my VI phone book in STT, I know that they had a few local companies listed but I'm having little success online finding them. Any reccommendations would be greatly appreciated.

Try Amalie car rental....really great people, may work with you on a longer term rate....number in the phone book (sorry, I don't have a book handy and I have dial up internet so takes FOREVER to look up!).
