What areas are best for American transplants? Any areas to straight up avoid? I will be working at the airport...

Thanks

In a house.
Yes.

Do you have any idea at which airport you will be working?

There's only one airport in STT.

If working at airport, you don't want to live on east end, nor Frenchmans Bay area on south side.
It really depends where you and BF will be working.
What does he do?

If you're at airport, west end and north side are options.
You'll just have to check it out when you get here to see travel times.
What's your rental budget?

Most rentals don't have fenced yards so doggie will have to adjust to being an inside dog unless you can find a rental with a fenced yard.
Not a good idea to leave dog outside all day.

Yes CruznIron.
In her 2016 new resident post she said STT airport was where her job offer was from.

That's why she's an "American transplant". Just like me, when I moved from NH to Florida.

No, I left it where I live.

In a van down by the river. :@)
