there is a hotel on the southeast end which must remain nameless which was destroyed by hugo and is now being remodeled.BEWARE of working on this job.you will not be happy at the outcome of your job.you will be overworked and underpaid(if you get all your money)i could also write a list of constuction don'ts and labor law infractions.JUST BE AWARE. I WOULD HATE TO SEE ANYONE ELSE GO THROUGH WHAT I DID! LET YOUR FRIENDS KNOW i am not just an upset employee i have seen the owner in action and been on the receiving end of all i have talked about.YOU CAN PUT THE NAME OF HOTEL IF YOU KNOW WHICH ONE I'M TALKING ABOUT.IF YOU DO WORK FOR THIS PLACE YOU BETTER HAVE AN AIRTIGHT CONTRACT!

He's probably referring to the old Grapetree Hotel on STX that blew down in Hugo.

I'm guessing U R correct, as I can't think of any hotels that are not open/abandoned on either STT or STJ's East Ends....

And it's been open since Hugo, which is why no one mentioned it....it's just currently not being used...

It closed after the Mexican company took it over from Renaissance & then skipped out after not being able to deal with the Labor Laws here.

I remember a big turn out of the former staff looking not just for their old jobs, but demands for them!
Now, I guess nobody wins...
